Quitters!

Quitters! I hate these kind of people. What I hate about these kind of people is the fact that they always give up! I just hate this kind of attitude. I mean, they are just giving up probably just because they don't like the sport or they are not good at it. Obviously no one is good at a certain sport, but there is always the good sport spirit which is to try your best and not to give up!

To some people the saying, "try your best" actually means something to them, but to others its just like putting the word through one ear and getting it out of another, and I think that people who do that are a bad sport! So basically I think that you should try your best at everything and never give up even though you think your bad at that particular thing!

"Biking Lesson"

Bicycling was my passion at the age of 8. I used to always watch people bicycling and could get the feeling of the air in my face as if I were riding the bike. I used to watch the bicycle races, although I didn't know how to ride a bike!

At the age of 9, I learned to ride. My father bought me a bicycle with training wheels to get me started with the first step of riding a bike. After 3 months riding with the training wheels my dad decided to take it off, this way I could learn to balance myself on a bike while riding. At the age of 10 I got another bike(a bigger one than the one before) and I was riding it pretty well just until I hit a parked car while trying to turn and I was bleeding a lot, but covered the knee up before it was going to get worse.

I fell almost 20 times and next thing you know I was riding like a professional biker, riding at almost 50-60kph and was doing all kinds of tricks with my bike!

At the age of 12 I got a new bike for my birthday, it was a really nice bike with 2 strong brakes which could slow down the bike from 60kph to 0kph in only 7 seconds. The bike also had 3 suspensions for stability control and had a very nice trim to it! I took the bike to a spin and I was going really fast and was playing around with the gears and could feel the air in my face while riding new bike!

Next thing you know I was more into riding motorbikes and also electric bikes and also felt like driving a car! For this reason my bike lays in the den without anyone riding it!

I realize that passions change, if you start with something, you want something else by watching everyone else having the "new thing," which has happened to me! Has probably also happened to several people!

"Bad & Unlucky DAY!!"

Yesterday was a really bad day for me, not just bad but also an unlucky day!! The day started by, my dad going to the doctor's at 6 am and I had to wake up at 6:30 am then I had to run downstairs(almost about to trip at my last step), but luckily I hadn't gotten hurt, because otherwise it would have been a mess! So I run down and ate my breakfast as fast I could.

After all that my dad calls and tells me that he is going to be late and he is going to arrive at 7:55 am, I knew that this was going to be bad because I knew that I was going to be tardy at school.
After my dad arrives I run to the car and my dad drives as fast as possible to get to my school! As soon as I arrive "beeeeeeeeeeeep," the bell had rung(man, I am soo unlucky!!). My dad was really frustrated because his meeting starts at 8:10 am and he has to go to the school's office and get a pass for me!! Finally after getting the pass I run to science class and give the pass to Mrs. Post!

Sport Lovers

I don't really hate everything about sport lovers, the thing that I mostly hate about them is the fact about them liking the sport soo much so they start watching the sport on TV on a daily basis. Back in Italy my friends were all soccer lovers and they used to watch the sport every day and the thing that I hate about it is that even if they are invited to dinner to our house or any one's house they would stay like only for half an hour at the dinner and would leave just to watch the game, and they wouldn't even stay at our house to watch it, they would just go to their house to watch it. Whenever people do this I also think: why can't they just miss the game for just one day, it's not like your life is going to be ruined, also they show the highlights of the game on the news every morning!

Happy Mother's Day!

Day before yesterday I started by wrapping my gift for my mom and my grandmother and I also bought cards for each of them.

Then yesterday the day of mother's day I got up really early (knowing that my mom or my grandmother wouldn't wake up at that time), then me and dad went to my mothers room first and gave her her present and shouted "Happy Mother's Day" as soon as she opened her eyes. Then my mother thanked me and my dad.

Then for my grandmother I put the gift and the card on the dining table, then when she sat down to eat we shouted "Happy Mother's Day!" Then she thanked me and my father for the gift and the card.

"WEEKENDS"

Weekends are really short! I mean, first of all 2 days is not really enough. The main thing that I hate about weekends is how fast the 2 days pass! My parents say that the weekends pass fast because, " time goes by when you're having fun!" That's true, that's the case but because of this we should also have Friday off!

Then again when I think about it I realize that it is called a week end and Friday cannot be a part of the weekend! Also I think that it's not that bad either because 2 days is pretty good, if you didn't have any choice ,and that is the case right now, and also you can't just change the system spontaneously!!

I also noticed that having more weekends means you are missing school days which means you are going to be too relaxed and you have to refresh your mind with all the things we are doing in school because of forgetting all the things you did in school!

I am not Bangladeshian! (P.S Aaron)

On the high desert mountains of Bangladesh
at the rising of the sun and the moon
when the sweet melody of bengali reaches my ears
or the howl of wild beasts sounds,
like a last breath
they pierce my heart… and I remember,
I remember the country that I am from.

When flowers bloom in the gardens
and the rose smiles on its stem,
when the thunder of a running river
reaches my ears.

I find the country that I have been created in,
I see the people and hear voices in my head… and I remember,
I remember the country from which I came from:
I remember the country, I remember Bangladesh.

What Keeps Me Writing?

"What keeps me writing?"
I don't like to write all the time, if I was to write then I would write stories about an imaginary person, but if I were to write a story I would write something short and not too long! I really don't like writing about myself, because it's just not my thing! I like writing about an imaginary person because it is easier to write because you can invent things about that character and say anything you want because that person could be anything!

Also when I write a story or anything I hate making drafts before writing the final version, because it doubles your work! I also hate making the timeline because it just wastes your time! Also when I write a story I feel more comfortable writing on the computer because you can edit your mistakes and delete anything you don't want on your story and it is very nice and neat.

"Lost Connection"

Dear Mr. Charles,

I am sorry to disturb you during your holidays, but this letter is very imperative for all of your IT staff. The main internet connections in New York are all down and I surmise that the loss of connection is going to pervade throughout the United States of America in less than 48 hours. I will still endeavor in trying to find a solution to the problem before the problem extricates and becomes even worse! I am entreating you to please embark some of your IT staff on to a private plane and send them to New York City at least before 35 hours ! I am very sorry about this spontaneous notice and sorry to disturb you in any important work! To encompass this letter I would like to inform you that the IT staff who are coming to New York City will be staying at a hotel that I have reserved for them which is called Hilton and it is located in 1335 Avenue Of The Americas. I will also send a person to the airport to pick the IT staff up. Thank you for your understanding, and for being prudent.

Sincerely,

Feiras A. Rahman

I have a really big problem with people who don't understand how to operate electronic devices. I also get really impatient with those people and when they still don't understand how to operate the device I start making signs with my voice showing that I am getting really irritated at them! But this just leads me into trouble and that person gets really mad at me.

Sometimes I don't feel like getting impatient and start getting mad at certain people but it just happens I can't really do anything! So, I guess it is kind of a permanent thing that is going to stick with me throughout my life! But I'll try to control myself next time a non-professional device user comes to me and tells me to fix it or teach the person how to use it!
